  • New class – Wednesday at 6:30 pm SLOW VINYASA (Sharon)
  • Saturdays VINYASA & SLOW VINYASA – these classes will be 1 hr 30 min and available only on dates specified.  Please check the website for the upcoming dates.  Next sessions available:
    Saturday, October 22 9 a.m. VINYASA (Tom)
    Saturday, October 29 9 a.m. SLOW VINYASA (Sharon)
