I am looking for more information about the kids Aikido program for my 12 year old daughter who would be a new student.

    Questions for Tai Chi Chuan.
I am a mid forties heavy set women, I am in good health but not good physical form. I recently took a self defense class down in Marion and learned that I do not have good balance and I also have issues dipping my hips for that seated position.
So with all that in mind I was looking for something more on the martial arts side that was still gentle (not interested in flips and tumbling) and tai chi seemed to be a good fit. I want to be more active, more balanced and be more centered.

Are your classes for beginners? I have no training just watched a few videos.
